TMX's most famous and highly regarded trials photographer Eric Kitchen will be the star of the show, when an exhibition of his work, aptly titled "Observed" opens in Fort William on the Saturday evening prior to the start of the 2008 Scottish Six Days Trial .

TMX in association with DBR and G2F Media will host a very special dinner that will celebrate Eric's four decades as a photographer at the SSDT. With the majority of the places taken by riders, friends and associates, there are only a few places available for the public to be part of this unique occasion.

"Observed" is a celebration of the planet's most respected and recognised trials photographer Eric Kitchen. Eric has been responsible for many of the most famous images of the sport over the last four decades, and remains a living legend.

"Observed" is a personally chosen short list of one hundred and fifty images from Eric's private collection that covers the Scottish Six Days Trial from the 1970's right through to the current time. Many of the images in this exhibition have not been previously seen.

"Observed" will be opened by a preview - invitation only - dinner on Saturday 3rd May 2008 at 7.30 pm, in the gallery of the Lime Tree Hotel - Fort William - Opposite The West End "Parc Ferme" car park.

Guest of honour Eric Kitchen will be joined by trials' first ever World champion Martin Lampkin plus other riders and key industry figures, both past and present. The invited speakers will use this unique occasion to pay their own special tributes to the gentleman and the genius, who is affectionately known as "Kitch" or simply "EK".

Just a few places remain available to share this special evening with Eric, and to enjoy food at one of Scotland's most celebrated eating establishments. Dinner will be limited to just fifty people, with places being allocated on a first come first served basis.
