TMX's most famous and highly regarded trials photographer Eric Kitchen will be the star of the show, when an exhibition of his work, aptly titled "Observed" opens in Fort William on the Saturday evening prior to the start of the 2008 Scottish Six Days Trial .
TMX in association with DBR and G2F Media will host a very special dinner that will celebrate Eric's four decades as a photographer at the SSDT. With the majority of the places taken by riders, friends and associates, there are only a few places available for the public to be part of this unique occasion.

"Observed" is a celebration of the planet's most
respected and recognised trials photographer Eric Kitchen. Eric has been
responsible for many of the most famous images of the sport over the last four
decades, and remains a living legend.
"Observed" is a personally chosen
short list of one hundred and fifty images from Eric's private collection that
covers the Scottish Six Days Trial from the 1970's right through to the current
time. Many of the images in this exhibition have not been previously
seen.
"Observed" will be opened by a preview - invitation only - dinner
on Saturday 3rd May 2008 at 7.30 pm, in the gallery of the Lime Tree Hotel -
Fort William - Opposite The West End "Parc Ferme" car park.
Guest of
honour Eric Kitchen will be joined by trials' first ever World champion Martin
Lampkin plus other riders and key industry figures, both past and present. The
invited speakers will use this unique occasion to pay their own special tributes
to the gentleman and the genius, who is affectionately known as "Kitch" or
simply "EK".
Just a few places remain available to share this special
evening with Eric, and to enjoy food at one of Scotland's most celebrated eating
establishments. Dinner will be limited to just fifty people, with places being
allocated on a first come first served basis.
