Knight’s back on a winner

Knight’s back on a winner

Published: 04th February 2010

TADDY Blazusiak claimed his fourth successive Indoor Enduro World Cup overall win at the Barcelona Indoor Enduro, but not before David Knight ended his run of winning results as the Manxman topped the event’s first final to mark his return to KTM in style

With the 2010 Indoor Enduro World Cup title already secured thanks to a winning performance at the penultimate round of the series in Vigo, Taddy Blazusiak saw his unbeaten run of race wins ended at the 11th running of the Barcelona Indoor Enduro as he managed to top just one of the night’s three finals.

Bringing Taddy’s winning run to a halt was David Knight who showed that he’s up to speed and returning to his old form, despite the event being his first aboard a KTM. With David starting well and quickly making his way into the lead, mistakes by Ivan Cervantes soon put the Spaniard at the back of the field while Taddy had to work his way forward after a bad start.
