I saw my specialist for a check up on the collarbone and he is very happy with it. 
 
The scar has healed well and I’ve got full movement, the only thing that gives me pain is the muscles and ligaments around my neck and shoulder. 
 
I stretched these in the crash but the specialist said that after some physio there should be no problem. 
 
I was back on the bike last week for the first time and I will be back out again this week, then I will make a decision if I race Little Silver or not. It’s just not 100% yet but I hope to be racing. 
 
It’s amazing how much spare time you have when you are injured or not racing. 
 
I find myself a bit lost so I have to keep as busy as possible. I drive Jodie mad most of the time but I find it hard to relax. 
 
The kids take up a lot of the time which is great. Ayrton goes to martial arts and a little tennis class. He loves it – and it keeps him off the bikes!
 
Little Starlia is on the move now and she is fearless. She definitely puts her brother in his place. Very bossy just like her mummy! 
 
Last week I went to the Suzuki 450RMZ 2013 launch at Apex. I did ride a few slow laps for some pictures but I never really got to open the throttle that much, which was a shame. 
 
I will be out on the new model this week though and if all goes well I will race it at Little Silver. 
 
I’m in the middle of sorting out next year’s deals, not sure exactly where yet so I can’t tell you, but over the next couple of weeks I should be all sorted. 
 
What about the Ryder Cup golf? That was amazing! It was on our TV all weekend, no X-Factor for Jodie! 
 
I actually fell asleep on the sofa when the score was 10-6 to USA. When I woke and saw the score was 13-13 I thought I was still dreaming!
 
Very inspirational and it just proves that you should never give up no matter what.

Not a great deal else happening really, I’ve got some training schools coming up in the October holidays which will be good, so look out for them or look on my facebook page if you are interested.
