FUNCHAL (PORTUGAL), 4 August 2010 – The FIM Women’s Motocross World Championship comes back to action after the summer break to celebrate the penultimate round of the Championship to be held in the Czech Republic in Loket this weekend. Larissa Papenmeier won her home round in Teutschenthal and moved from fifth to third in the standings of the Championship and wants to repeat her performance in the Czech track to add more drama to the series.

FUNCHAL (PORTUGAL), 4 August 2010 – The Bonver GP of the Czech Republic to be held in Loket this weekend is the venue chosen to celebrate the 12th round of the FIM Motocross World Championship. After the deep sandy ruts of last weekend’s Gran Prix of Limburg, riders will have to adapt themselves quickly to the hard pack of Loket.

Toni Bou - Repsol Montesa took another step towards securing his fourth successive SPEA FIM Trial World Championship with another convincing victory, this time in San Marino. Round six of this year's series proved to be an easy affair, with Bou taking the win by ten marks from Adam Raga - Gas Gas as he and Albert Cabestany - Sherco both returned to the podium after having been absent from the top three at the French Grand Prix.

Jeffrey Herlings, the power pack 15-year-old Dutchman enjoying his first season as a full factory rider with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team was on the podium in second place in the MX2 GP of Sweden in Uddevalla on Sunday after 2-4 finish in the two motos.

UDDEVALLA (SWEDEN), 4 July 2010 – MX1 Championship leader Antonio Cairoli marked his comeback to victory in Sweden courtesy of two moto wins right before the start of the FIM Motocross World Championship’s summer break. In the MX2 class instead the event marked Steven Frossard’s maiden victory after a battle with Ken Roczen in both heats.

Current Red Bull KTM Factory Racing MX1 rider Maximilian Nagl has finally made his plans for the 2011 and 2012 seasons. The 22 year old from Germany is now at his eighth season with KTM and a further two year extension of his contract, which he signed this week, gives him the opportunity to celebrate a decade with the team at the end of the 2012 GP campaign.
