Club Reports

It was the shortest day of the year when Peak Classic Trials Club held the Solstice Trial their final round of 2014 at Burycliffe Quarry on Sunday

The weather was crisp and dry making the four laps of 10 sections much easier than they could have been, resulting in some low scores and happy faces.
Martyn Stanistreet took the honours in the British Bike Expert class, no doubt already focusing on his confirmed ride in Scotland in May.
Second place went to Darren Walker having a good ride on his BSA and only losing 14 marks to Martyn's six.
In the Expert Twin-shocks, the win was secured by Rob Carson with a miserly loss of just two marks on his Honda 250 TLR.
Simon Critchley brought his Majesty home in second losing eight marks along the way and third was down to ex-works rider Chris Milner on his Bultaco.
Andrew Weston took his TY Air-Cooled Mono to a win for a loss of 23 which was a good ride as some of the sections were more tricky than they first appeared.
