The Dutchman was making a one-off appearance in the highly competitive British series after racing at HawkstoneParkthe week previously and then remaining in the UKat the home of his agent and former KTM World Champion Jamie Dobb.Nunn dropped back to fifth in the second moto and it was the first time the reigning Champion had placed outside of the top three in over a year; he was still able to finish third overall.A third Champ KTM rider, David Philippaerts, was again strong in the 'Campionati Internazionali d'Italia'. The Italian won both motos in the third round of the series at Gallarate, next to Milan's Malpensa airport and venue of the 2004 Italian Grand Prix.
