Youthstream has announced the 2020 Junior World Championship date and venue, with the young 'uns heading off to Megalopolis in Greece on August 8-9, 2020.

It was announced earlier this summer, that the former Motocross World Championship venue of Megalopolis will host the Junior World Championship in 2020 and now the date can be revealed too.

It marks the return of a world championship event to the Greek circuit, the first since the 2011 FIM Womens Motocross World Championship.

Based in the southern part of Greece, the circuit in 2020 will add the worlds best 125cc and 85cc categories plus the young 65cc riders to its more than impressive history.

Last year, Marek Vitezslav of Czech Republic was crowned the 65cc winner, while Italians, Valerio Lata and Mattia Guadagnini were the 85cc and 125cc Junior Champions. Next year, well see some new faces as riders move up in the ranks, giving the opportunity for new champions to be crowned.
