Motocross

TO the north of Winchester you'll find the spectacular Tony Moto Motocross Park, and on a crisp but sunny early November day a paddock-bursting entry let rip for the final round of the Ringwood Youth and Adult Motocross Club's championship series. With many of the leading positions still up for grabs, head-to-head tussles between championship contenders and a healthy blend of travelling visitors made for plenty of spectacular action, much to the delight of the organising club. This season the club has drawn some healthy entries and again a line-up of almost 200 enjoyed a full day's racing.

In the Senior Youth class, there was the usual two-stroke versus four-stroke challenge. Three superb motos from Sebastian Osbourne helped him wrap up the overall with a maximum score on 135 points. Runner-up spot with a string of seconds went to Thomas Speer, while recently upgraded Lewis Toombs rounded out the podium.
