Trials

This is the model that Beta fans have been waiting for, the 2019 Evo Factory models which will hit the market with the eagerly expected uprated spec and components that make it a must for trial riders who want to tackle the new season with the best the Tuscany-based manufacturer can offer.

There are the three two-stroke versions (125, 250 and 300cc) plus an interesting 300cc four-stroke option, all of which have undergone meticulous technical development to make the bikes even better than the standard models.

Special Editions are always highly popular and the 2019 Factory Beta is no exception with deliveries expected later this month.

Compared to the standard version presented in September, the Evo Factory models stand out due to the following features.

ENGINE

Two-Stroke

Black magnesium covers: major weight savings

Titanium manifold (with conical cylinder connector 125cc only): boosts performance significantly and reduces weight

Profiled clutch discs

Cylinder with revised porting

Cylinder head with specially-designed volume and squish (300cc only): considerable performance increase

Optimised ECU mappings to enhance low-rev power delivery and maintain excellent performance at mid-high revs.

Black anodised engine oil plugs.

Four-Stroke

The 300cc engine on the new 2019 Evo Factory four-stroke is equipped with a lighter, higher-performing titanium silencer.

A new electronic control unit boosts power to improve the stability of the ignition delivery creating a more clean-burning combustion throughout the rev range.

CHASSIS

To make the new Evo Factory capable of competing at the highest level, much of the design work has focused on the suspension. More specifically, the differences with respect to the standard versions are as follows:

Re-calibrated fork valving

Gold anodised, billet machined triple clamp

Rear suspension with longer wheelbase and adjustment of both compression and rebound

New rear suspension linkage progression

Lanyard-type kill switch

Black anodised bar end plugs

New black anodised chain adjusters

Billet machined foot pegs with non-slip steel pins

Racing brake discs

BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders
