Following a fifth last year and then third this year, the Rocketman Suzuki squad is already working on plans to win next year's Pont du Vaux 12-hour race in France.

For the second year running the team was the top British outfit in the 96-strong international line-up at the French classic, which has already helped attract potential support for 2012.

"I've already had a call from one of the main technical partners who worked with this year's winning team, asking us about next year," said Jason Smith, who prepares the bikes and manages the team. "We are definitely going back. We've got a taste for it now!"

Jason was also very keen to stress that he, and his riders Carl Bunce, Chris Cooper and Ricky Tordoff could not have achieved the result without the magnificent support of the whole team and sponsors.

"You can't do well at Pont du Vaux without the team all working as one, which is what we did. And that includes after the race in the bar!"

As well as a podium, the squad also brought home the first Masters team with Chris Murphy, Ant Barrett and Geoff Sharpe securing 17th overall.
