Yamaha and ATV World sign for 2007

WITH the rumour mill spinning into orbit following John Mitchell's W-Tec ride at Le Touquet, Yamaha and ATV World have pulled it all back to planet earth by announcing that they have signed to continue their long and successful partnership for the 2007 Season.
ATV World remains the only officially supported Yamaha team and British Champion, John Mitchell (pictured right with the team), will defend his title on the ATV World YFZ450 Yamaha, prepared by Ian Malpas and the ATV World team managed by Martin Fletcher.
Andy Pumfrey, the Power Products Manager of Yamaha UK, commented: ‘‘We are delighted to continue our strong relationship with ATV World and as our sole team for 2007. We will work closely with them on the technical development of the machines to ensure the success achieved in 2006 continues in the coming season. It's an exciting time for both Yamaha UK and ATV World.''
