News Enduro ISDE

While it’s not particularly breaking news, many TMX readers will no doubt be shocked to hear that Daryl Bolter has stepped away from his role as manager of Team GB for the ISDE.

Bolter and his two teams made history in 2022 by topping both the World Trophy and Women’s Trophy team contests in France.

“We made history at the ISDE,” said Daryl. “It was an unbelievable journey to get to the top step of the podium in not one but two of the categories. The Trophy, Juniors and Ladies all rode their hearts out to represent Great Britain and the support from everyone involved in Team GB was truly humbling and I’m extremely proud of what we all achieved.

“I have had an amazing time as Team Manager but now is the time for me to step aside and let a new manager take the reins, I have other commitments I need to focus on next year and I will not be able to give the ISDE the time it needs.

“The good news is that talks and pre-planning for the event in Argentina are already underway ready for our title defence! I personally want to thank everyone who supported me and Team GB – it’s a massive team effort and we couldn’t have done it without all the help. I’ll be on hand in the background to support and advise the new team manager if required – let’s hope 2023 is as good as 2022!”
