Change of venue for the Natterjack BEC

There is just over a week to go until the penultimate round of the ACU British Enduro Championships hosted by the REME Enduro team.

In a change from previous years the venue has moved from Longmoor, Hampshire to Eelmoor near Aldershot.

This is largely due to an increase in military training at Longmoor. It has been a shame to lose Natterjack's historical home for this year's event, however there has been some hard work behind the scenes and the REME are pleased that they are able to offer an alternative venue.

Eelmoor is seldom used for motorcycle events, the lap should offer a fresh rideable course and some should welcome a break from the infamous Natterjack "whoops” of Longmoor.

The lap length is expected to be around 23 miles with two special tests.  The start of both tests will be within easy reach of the start/finish areas and to aid service crews there will be just one service check.

Camping is permissible from Thursday afternoon, Sat Nav users should use GU11 2HL and follow event markers to the start/finish.

It all kicks off with the first riders away at 10am,  Saturday ,  September 17, spectators are welcome.
