KTM Factory rider Jonny Walker has confirmed his place alongside tough guy Paul Bolton, rising star Billy Bolt, Gas Gas-mounted Jonno Richardson and local hero Tom Sagar in the Pro class for this coming weekends Eddys H2O Extreme Classic.

Launching a new Extreme Enduro event can be a risky business but the odds certainly improve when you have a wealth of experience, a fantastic venue and a pack of world class riders willing to put on a show.

No-one in the UK has more experience of running and being able to ride the Extreme Enduro events he promotes than Paul Edmondson and his new venue at H2O, near Oswestry, will host some real extreme talent this coming Saturday for three hours of gruelling and spectacular racing with sprint qualifying determining start positions.

The course will be challenging yet rideable for all classes. Being able to ride the course himself, Fast Eddy will know the capabilities of all riders and the layout will not be designed solely for Pro's.

Being a stand-alone non-Championship event makes the H2O Extreme Classic the perfect opportunity for riders wishing to try hard enduro and get a taste for the sport on a course designed for everyone by a real expert.

Walker's last minute inclusion in the line up sees him compete in his first UK enduro outing since returning from injury and there is no doubt he will be firing on all cylinders to show everyone he is back and means business.

Paul Bolton is the most experienced hard enduro rider in the group and the varied terrain of the Oswestry venue will suit him perfectly although Billy Bolt is already making his significant Trials skills visible on the enduro scene worldwide.

Jonno Richardson is always a contender and will be giving his new Gasser full throttle around the course while Sherco's Tom Sagar, although not an extreme specialist, has plenty of talent, backed up with years of Trials experience and is always at home in the hills of North Wales and always very competitive.

Add to this list plenty of very experienced Expert, Clubman and Veteran riders and you have the making of a terrific event, which will be seen as a tester for the venue to be included in next season's ACU British Extreme Enduro Championship.

This is definitely one not to be missed.

the action starts this Saturday August 13 at H2O near Oswestry, postcode SY10 7PA. Spectator entry fee is just £5.

Entries are still available by calling 01543 370070 or 07889 924560.
