British Youth Nationals

Following a site meeting at Pontrilas this afternoon, the decision was taken to postpone the Judd KTM British Youth Championship round this weekend (April 27/28).

The organisers had sent out a warning shot earlier in the day when they said they would be assessing conditions following drastically changing weather forecasts for the area.

A statement from RHL Activities said: "A meeting was held today with the Landowner, Clerk of Course and Medical team to discuss the running of Round 2 of the Judd KTM British Youth Championship. Based on the information from the Met Office and the unstable ever-changing weather reports, along with the expertise of those involved in the meeting, the decision has been made to postpone Round 2 of the Championship.

"We will contact you [the riders] as soon as the team have secured the new venue."
