Motocross

Off-road riders of all ages and abilities can take advantage of a series of web-based masterclasses covering every dirty discipline with the global launch of the Dirtbike Online Academy or DOA for short.

Devised by eight-time Icelandic motocross champion Eythor Reynisson, the DOA will provide online video tutorials covering all aspects of off-road riding from MX through to enduro, rallying and trials with world-class riders doing the teaching.

Want to know how to carry maximum corner speed in sand, keep it on the pipe through forests, dominate in dunes or sail up huge steps? Well, DOA is where you can learn all the essential skills youll need!

The 27-year-old from Reykjavik whos spent his entire adult career contesting major motocross championships across Europe has banged bars with the fastest racers on the planet and has represented the Viking nation seven times in the FIM Motocross of Nations, from Thunder Valley in 2010 to Assen in 2019.

I am trying to help the sport to grow in general worldwide and to do that we need to futurise everything for the younger generation and bring the sport more onto an online base, says Eythor.

The DOA is a website where you can study all of the dirtbike sports with mostly video content, just like the old DVDs only with more high-end videos and way more content that can be constantly updated.

I have been creating this platform for over a year. In the DOA now we have seven hours of coaching content divided into six chapters beginner, youth, novice, Pro, parental involvement class and my career overview. I also have two other segments weekly questions and a training plan.

The DOA will sign up new specialists every month to get as many coaches as possible and cover all dirtbike sports.
