Ecosse XC ready for more of the same

The second round of the Rock Oil/ Michelin/ Wulfsport Ecosse XC Winter Championship returns to the popular sandy track at Tyninghame Linkson Sunday, January 20 .

The first round welcomed over 200 solo and quad racers and round two is looking to be equally as busy with the C class already full. Former British and Scottish MX champ Billy MacKenzie enjoyed himself so much earlier in the month that he has signed up for the full series.

Signing on is from 2pm on Saturday and then again between 7am to 8.30am on Sunday. Each class will be allocated two early morning practice laps followed by three 12-minutes plus one lap races.

Open to MCF 2019 licence holders, the entry fee which includes the provision of a marshal is 45 for adults and 35 for youths. MCF day licences are available at a cost of 10. Class leaders are John Robson (A group), Ivan Williamson (B group), Zack Frost (C group), Tom Grant (Vets), Shay Page (Rookies), Ayden Smith (BW85), Jack Fletcher (SW85), Rhys Whyment (65).
