The new Gas Gas management team is now settled into its Girona base and has jumped out of the blocks to announce a strong trials team including Michael Brown to contest the 2016 World Trials Championship, World Cup and Youth 125 classes.

The official Gas Gas Factory team is Brown, Jack Price and Jack Peace (GB), Arnau Farre (Spain), Matteo Grattarola (Italy) and Franz Kadlec (Germany).
In addition the factory will also support another eight riders including Britain's Dan Peace.
"The new owners are now in-house and are starting to resurrect the factory,” said British importer John Shirt. "They are on course for trials models to commence production in March and enduro in April.
"The team announcement sends a very powerful signal to all concerned that the factory realises the importance of being in the paddock at the highest level.”
After missing almost all the 2015 season following his crash in Japan and subsequent knee injury it is excellent news that Brown retains his factory backing. He will join Italian champ Grattarola and young German prospect Kadlec in a three-man world championship team that will target top 10 placings.
Gas Gas has also announced a two-man team to contest the Enduro World Championship comprising Spain's Jonathan Barragan and Portugal's Diogo Ventura. The management has previously stated that it will be launching an updated enduro machine before production commences.
