Greedy takes Pole

AGAINST all the odds, after the recent atrocious weather, round four of the Moto Goo championship was completed successfully at Polesworth on Sunday.

Ashley Greedy, on the four-stroke again, dominated in the 250F races. It looked as if he might be put under pressure by a storming Luke Burton who headed Ashley in the opening laps of race one and briefly challenged at the start of the other two outings.

At the end of the day however Luke had to settle for a collection of second placings behind the rampant PAR Honda man. A good performance from Andy Wilson in third place overall.

Reading the results the Open class looked like a tight three-way tussle between Danny Blakeley, Paul Edge and Chris Neesam, but out on the track Danny Blakeley always had the edge (no pun intended).
