Motocross

Qualifying races were full of action on the awesome GP track in the Kivili hills, and again the weather was amazingly hot almost 30 deg and the threat of a storm.

In Group A Stuart Brown/Josh Chamberlain took the holeshot. The competition from their rivals was strong with Hermans/Musset and Dierckens/Bax blasting ahead in the first few laps.

Hermans/Musset held a great lead going on to take the win.

Bax/Stupelis held fourth and battled hard to pass Brown/Chamberlain.

While in second, Dierckens/Bax stalled leaving Bax/Stupelis to take second, Brown/Chamberlain were third until Dierckens/Bax fought past. Keuben/Rietman took a brilliant fifth.

Jake Brown/Joe Millard were wiped out on the first jump but were not disheartened and fought back to take 12th.

Reimann with Australian passenger Brian Anthony were just a few places behind.

In Group B it was Giraud/Haller who took the holeshot and didnt look back, going on to take a great win.

Sanders/Kunnas were on fire and fought through to second with Varik/Daiders just behind in third.

Vanluchene/Van Den Bogaart had a slow start but soon put last weeks problems behind them and charged through the field passing Varik/Daiders and challenging for second. Both teams launched down the final hillside by side but Sanders/Kunnas held the inside line and just managed to stay ahead truly brilliant racing. Varik/Daiders held fourth just ahead of Van Wernen/Beunk.

George Kinge/Lewis Gray had a good race taking ninth.
