Wilden race for Charlie

Bonfire weekend at Wilden Lane was a busy time for 15-year old Kidderminster lad Casey Buckley.
Not only did he have his racing to concentrate on – he was also central to the fund raising efforts on behalf of four year old Charlie Harris-Beard.
Earlier this year Wilden MXC held a first charity meeting for Charlie as he battled with leukaemia.
Unfortunately, nine-months on, Charlie is very ill again. He's back in hospital and now desperately needs a bone-marrow transplant.
Long-time friend of the family Casey has been involved since diagnosis helping in any way possible as he showed last weekend.
Collections were made along with a raffle, tombola, and auction.
All Wilden MXC gate reciepts from last weekend will also be added to the Help Charlie fund.
