World Trials riders cleared

Disciplinary proceedings were opened against Toni Bou, Albert Cabestany, Jeroni Fajardo, Takahisa Fujinami and Adam Raga, following a protest against sections at the opening day of the World Trials Championships in le Rousse, Corsica.
The Five WorldPro Trial Riders appeared at a hearing before the FIM International Disciplinary Court (CDI) in Geneva on October 6
However the Single Judge found no evidence to support a finding that the five Riders were guilty of reprehensible sporting misconduct. Consequently, no sanctions have been imposed on the Riders concerned.
