L+M Events is proud to announce they have agreed an initial three-year deal with the FIM, to bring World class trials to Scotland from 2010 onwards. Nearly eighteen months after the idea was first born, Co-Directors of L+M Events, Martin Lampkin and Jake Miller are also equally delighted to reveal that the opportunity to deliver these three top-level competitions is very much thanks to having secured the kind support of EventScotland.

The spectacular and scenic setting at Nevis Range just outside FortWilliam will host all three events, with the first of these being around of the 2010 SPEA FIM Trial World Championship taking place on26/27th June. The fabulous venue at the foot of the famous Ben Nevismountain will then welcome the Trial des Nations in September 2011.This will be the first time ever that this inter countries teamcompetition has been hosted on the UK mainland during its entirehistory. The initial three year plan will then be brought to a close inJune 2012, when the Scottish Highlands enjoys yet another round of theSPEA FIM Trial World Championship.

L+M Events was the same company who was responsible for deliveringthe three highly successful World trials at Hawkstone Park, nearShrewsbury during 2005, 2006 and 2007. Since then the Lampkin andMiller partnership has been travelling all over the UK to find a newlocation where they could run another series of events at a new andhigher level.
