Mansfield Maun MCC will stage the final trial in the British Youth Class B, C and D Championship series at Bracken Rocks on Sunday, when 76 youngsters will battle for championship points.

The club has marked a testing three-lap course with 12 sections. The title of the venue may include rocks but there are some soft muddy climbs and gradients on offer aswell.

The Class B and C contenders will start at section seven while all Class D competitors  will start at section one. The start time is 10am and the time allowance will be five-hours.

After the Richmond Trial at Cogden Hall mathematics suggest that Newton Abbott's Billy Green cannot be beaten for the title, even if Josh Hanlon and Jack Biggins top the podium.

Duncan MacColl produced a great result so he must be in the chase. Bradford's Keiran Child missed Cogden but he will be the most dangerous rival to Green.

Ulster's Reece Gazzard heads Class C Standard ahead of Charlie Mosley and again the points to date suggest Reece will clinch the crown.

The Class C Medium is hot with Harry Turner, Jamie Galloway and Henry Stephenson heading the points. Bracken will decide the title.

Ashton Brightmore has scored a maximum this year leaving Josh McParland and Dominic Horne to fight for the mionor podium places.

Lewis Hurdsman has put Wales on the map like his Llangollen club colleague, Iwan Roberts.

The Class D Small-wheel contender more or less left Cogden Hall with the title.

Myles Hutchinson and George Hemingway will be out to get the boy from Red Dragon country.

And a final comment to all parents – until the ACU Trials and Enduro Committee ratify all results, no formal championship standings can be assumed.
