Last chance for Scott entries

Trials

Believe it or not but this is your LAST CALL for a 2018 Scott Trial entry as with the event taking place on the early date of Saturday, October 13, the closing date for entries is Sunday, September 2!

And if you do decide to go for it you might just find yourself lined up alongside 12-times World Trials Champion Dougie Lampkin, as last years Scott winner signed on the dotted line last week to defend his hard-won title.

The Richmond clubs infamous time and observation epic will once again take place on the unforgiving Yorkshire moors, centred on the market town of Reeth, near Richmond, where contenders will face around 75 miles of prime off-road going and a similar number of rock and river observed sections all ridden against the clock.

Some riders relish the prospect, others face it with trepidation.

A select few even seek to win, others are racing for a Scott Spoon while the vast majority just pray and battle ever onwards for an official finish.

Regs and entries are available now on the Richmond & DMC website and entries are limited to 200 on a first-come, first-served basis.

So if you are contemplating taking on the toughest one day trial in the whole world the time has come to stop talking about it and get entered.
