Crock stars in Dortmund

THREE times US Arenacross champion Josh Demuth won the Toyota Corolla waiting for this winter's King of Dortmund, but the biggest grin in the Westfalenhalle belonged to Gordon Crockard as he won qualifiers on the first two days and chased the American home for second place in the Saturday night classic.
"For the first time in two years I'm actually enjoying riding again, and that makes the difference,” admitted Gordy in Germany. And the way he floated over the obstacles confirmed that the Crockstar is back on top form.
And, in the best weekend of German SX for Britain since the heyday of Warren Edwards in the 90's, young PAR Honda team-mate Ashley Greedy, also riding for the Waldmann Honda team which have helped Jason Thomas to so many wins on the continent this winter, was right in the thick of the action in the SX2 class, recording top-six finishes each day against another quality field of the best young talent from France.
