The Purple Helmets will make a rare appearance in the UK as one of the headline acts at this year's Great Yorkshire Bike Show. Returning for its third consecutive year, the only regional motorcycle show in Yorkshire will once again be held at The Showground in Cullingworth, between Bradford and Skipton. The two day event, organised by C&C Events, will take place on the 28th and 29th July 2007.

Manufacturers, including Harley, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, have already confirmed their attendance.  With over 35,000 visitors to last year's event, Martin Crosswaite, Event Organiser, is determined to make this one even better. "The show is growing year by year and for 2007 we have taken on more fields at the showground to expand the event even further. We have already confirmed a great line-up of entertainment including the Purple Helmets, who will be making their Yorkshire debut at the GYBS, and we have the support of all the major motorcycle manufacturers.”

Throughout the day, entertainment will also include action packed Freestyle motocross, the awesome balance and skill of the XTreme Trials Display Team and a number of famous faces. Last year, the show welcomed Jimmi Harkishin, aka Dev from Coronation Street, as he watched Monster Trucks destroy the ‘Killer Cab' from the popular TV Soap and well known motorcycle racer and now TV commentator, James Whitham.

So make a date in the diary as the Great Yorkshire Bike Show gets set to return for another massive motorcycling extravaganza.
