Weekend's British Clubman Sidecar-cross round cancelled

Round two of the Hadrian Marine British Clubman Sidecar-cross Championship, scheduled for this Sunday (April 24), has had to be called off due to a lack of entries for the other groups, which were to have run alongside the Championship sidecars.

The organising Twickenham and DMCC Ltd has received only six solo entries, so was looking at a loss of revenue of nearly £2000 – which the club just could not stand.

Twickenham club officials are gutted about the situation and are very saddened to have to call the event off.

The chairman of the Twickenham club is sincerely sorry about the cancellation, but as most know, Twickenham is a supportive sidecar club and its members are very disappointed to let the series down – however no club can support such a financial loss.

It is too late to try and organise something elsewhere at such short notice.

Please spread the word on the cancellation.Weekend's British Clubman Sidecar-cross round cancelled
