East Cumbria MXC Rd 4 - Club MX Champs

The East Cumbria Motocross Club held its fourth round of the 2011 club championship at the Brampton track, near Carlisle.
The Auto class riders were on their own track on the grass and it was James Haddow who took the overall win with a 3-1-1 scorecard ahead of second placed Lewis McLeary. First race winner Kyle Peel took third place overall.
The Junior 65cc class were first up on the main track and it was Alexander Brown who took overall honours ahead of Scott Russell in second and Laal Colin Scott took home third.
Tara McLeod was the overall winner in the Small-wheel 85 class with a 1-5-2 scorecard ahead of Adam Thirwell in second and Dan Bewley rounded off the
podium in third.
In the Big-wheel 85 class Brad Todd stormed to three victories ahead of Aaron Tallentire in second and Joe Hodgson finished the day in third place overall.
Up next was the Youth Open category with Adam Sterry taking the overall victory ahead of Jack Kelly in second and Jamie Ellis took home third place.
In the Adult C2 class Philip Ashbridge took home maximum points ahead of Michael Christie in second. Shaun Potts took third.
Chris Lawson was the overall winner in the Adult C1 class with maximum points ahead of second placed Anthony Reid. Steven Riley rounded off the top three in third.
Up next was the Adult B class and it was Duncan Bell who took home the overall win with three wins.
Michael Graham took second and Jason Moore took third place.
Adam Smith took home overall honours in the Adult A Junior class with a hat trick of wins ahead of Richard Houston in second and Simon Thurlow took home third.
Gavin Robertson was the eventual overall winner in the highly competitive Adult A class with a 1-4-7 scorecard. Craig Trew took home second and Jake Gowan rounded off the podium in third.
