Se Centre Trials Combine - Centre Trials Champs

On Monday May 30 the very popular Hook Woods Trials Centre hosted a round of The South eastern Centre Trials Championship.
The Connor family and friends led by C of C James Connor made a tremendous effort laying out 18 great sections, four routes to be ridden twice.
Their efforts were rewarded with over a hundred entries.
We expected the battle on elites between Sam Connor and Ben Morphett with Ben Wibblerley in the mix to be the trio to watch which turned out to be the case. A great ride from Chris Stay in the Youth Elites finishing on 16 marks well up with the adults.
A well deserved win for young Jamie Webster against some very strong opposition in the Adult Experts.
What a ride by James Hickmott in the Adult Inters, just a dab all day, fantastic.
Gary Stephen was second with Ian Pape third.
Another win of course for Dave Shave in the Over 40 Inters with just two marks lost.
Gary Brown wearing his patriotic Union Jack out fit took the win in the Inter 50/50 class, Matt Jordon alone rode in the Youth 50/50 Inters had a good day as did Dominic Plumb in the Youth Inter.
Thanks to Mrs Elaine Connor for all the paper work and results and of course all the observers forgiving up their Bank Holiday, not forgetting the Hook Woods catering hut for the wonderful food and drink.
