Lonestar Racing has introduced a couple of aftermarket accessories for the Katoom quad models. The first is a straight replacement rear axle lock nut. The Lonestar item differs to other aftermarket locknuts and extends over the stock KTM axle's retaining clips, keeping them tight and secure, unlike the original equipment nut which only partially covers them. The clips can move under the standard lock nut causing it to crack or break, once broken they can fall out leaving the axle to slide through the carrier resulting in a DNF. The Lonestar replacement fits with stock or most aftermarket axles.
Next up is a machined billet rear axle bearing carrier, complete with heavy duty double row bearings, seals, and a steel centre tube. The sealed bearings are pre-greased and fully rebuild-able. The carrier fits all stock and aftermarket swing arms and axles.
